Patients love coming to Yosemite Pet Hospital.  Some even get dressed up for a visit.  That's because they know our staff enjoys meeting new patients...   and getting to know their Owners!

Shana Jones runs our front office and reception team.  They are your main contacts for Yosemite Pet Hospital.  They coordinate your pet's time at our hospital and are experienced at handling the needs of our canine and feline family members.  They will work with you to arrange convenient appointment times for your pets.  Please see our "Smart Scheduling" page for insights into our appointment scheduling.

The Reception Staff can answer many of your questions concerning your pet's health, and will be following up with patients to make sure your pet is doing well following any medical treatment they may have been through.  They can also handle transfer of your pet's medical records for new patients.

Our staff includes Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) to help ensure the highest levels of veterinary medical care for your pets.   We provide weekly training programs for our staff, keeping each staff member up to date on the latest veterinary medical technology and procedures.

Shelley and Terry provide experienced, professional and compassionate veterinary medical care for your pet.  (And, they handle the Balloons for the Open House)

Our hospital utilizes a fully computerized patient record system, allowing staff members to access patient charts and laboratory results from anywhere in the hospital.
