Appointment Policy

Paients are seen by appointment only.  Please call to schedule. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority.  We hold open appointment times each day to allow for scheduling of emergencies.  Should you encounter an emergency situation, please call and we will make every effort to ensure your pet receives proper medical attention.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and  cash.  We also have financing available through Care Credit.  For more details on Care Credit, please ask our staff, or visit the Care Credit website:  www.carecredit.com

       

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Clients and their pets may use the park area for waiting, should they so desire.  When arriving, please check in at the reception desk.  You will be provided with a paging radio and may wait outside in our peaceful park-like setting.  The receptionist will call you when your examination room is available.
