Yosemite Pet Hospital is looking for qualified, enthusiastic people to join the staff of our new "State of the Art" s mall a nimal h ospital.  We emphasize outstanding veterinary care, and we believe this starts with our hospital staff.  We are looking to develop a highly trained, educated, compassionate and dedicated team that can project a professional and helpful image to our clients.

Positions Available: We are fully staffed at this time.  However, if you would like to submit your information we would be happy to keep this on file should a position become available.

Veterinary Technician (Full time)  -  Vet Techs interact closely with our clients and patients, providing client education and implementing the patients' treatment plans.  Duties include receiving patients, nursing care, obtaining lab samples and performing routine lab tests, taking X-rays, surgery prep, monitoring anesthesia and routine dental prophylaxis.  Experience Required.

Front Office Staff (part time)  -  Our "Front Office Staff" provide the first impressions for most clients.  They interact closely with patients, and their owners, both in the hospital and on the telephones.  We are looking for "People Persons" who can work with our many different clients in sometimes serious situations.  Primary duties include scheduling appointments, speaking with clients who are calling in with questions, taking patient histories when clients come in for appointments, performing "Callbacks" to follow up with patients and completing the invoicing process for patients.  Yosemite Pet Hospital is a "paperless" practice, so good computer skills are a necessity. 

Salary:  Excellent Salary levels, Commensurate with Experience
