MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YR EXPERIENCE IN VETERINARY FRONT OFFICE.

Position Available:
Front Office Staff – Our “Front Office Staff” provide the first impressions for most clients. They interact closely with patients, and their owners, both in the hospital and on the telephones. We are looking for “People Persons” who can work with our many different clients in sometimes serious situations. Primary duties include scheduling appointments, speaking with clients who are calling in with questions and taking patient histories when clients come in for appointments. The front office staff also is responsible for performing “Callbacks” to follow up with patients and completing the invoicing process for patients.

Yosemite Pet Hospital is a “paperless” practice, so good computer skills and understanding how to work with various software programs is a necessity.

GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED. EXPERIENCE WITH CORNERSTONE VETERINARY SOFTWARE IS A PLUS

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Hospital Hours: Monday – Friday, open some evenings. No ON CALL, No Weekends!
